Terms of Service
Last updated: June 4, 2026
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of PlayVerify (the “Service”), operated by PlayVerify (“we”, “us”, “our”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. What we provide
PlayVerify provides real testers who install and use your Android application during a Google Play closed-testing cycle (by default, 12 testers for 14 consecutive days), to help your developer account meet Google Play’s closed-testing participation requirement. We do not submit fake reviews or ratings and we do not access your Google account credentials.
2. No affiliation with Google
PlayVerify is an independent service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Google LLC. “Google Play”, “Android” and related marks are trademarks of Google LLC. You are responsible for complying with Google Play’s policies for your own app.
3. Accounts
You must provide accurate information and keep your account secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use the Service.
4. Credits and payment
The Service is sold using credits. One credit covers one full testing cycle for one app. Credits are purchased in advance using cryptocurrency through our third-party payment provider. Cryptocurrency payments are final and non-reversible. Prices are shown at checkout and may change for future purchases.
5. Pass & refund guarantee
If a testing cycle fails to meet Google’s closed-testing requirement through our fault(for example, we fail to keep the required testers active for the full period), we will, at our discretion, re-run the cycle for that app at no extra cost or refund the credit for that app. This guarantee does not cover outcomes outside our control, including but not limited to: an incorrect or expired testing link, your app being removed or suspended, policy violations on your side, or Google’s independent decision to deny production access for reasons unrelated to the closed-testing requirement.
6. Your responsibilities
- Provide a valid Google Play closed-testing opt-in link and keep your test track active.
- Add our testers’ Google Group to your closed test and open testing to the required countries.
- Ensure your app and conduct comply with Google Play’s Developer Program Policies.
- Not use the Service for unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purposes.
7. No guaranteed approval
We help you meet the closed-testing participation requirement. We do not control Google’s review process and cannot guarantee that Google will grant production access, beyond the limited guarantee in Section 5. The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PlayVerify will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid for the specific cycle giving rise to the claim.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or misuse the Service. You may stop using the Service at any time.
10. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
