This Privacy Policy explains how PlayVerify (“we”, “us”, “our”) collects, uses, and protects your information when you use PlayVerify (the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to this policy.

1. Information we collect

• Account data: your email address, display name, and optional profile photo.
• App submissions: app name, package name, Google Play testing link, optional app logo, and any notes or review-text suggestions you provide for testers.
• Payment data: order records (credits, amount, status). Payments are processed by our third-party crypto payment provider — we do not collect or store your wallet keys or card details.
• Reviews you submit: rating, project name, and comment, shown with your profile name and photo if approved.
• Technical data: basic logs and cookies needed to run the Service (authentication, your selected language and theme).

2. How we use your information

• To provide the testing service and run your closed-testing cycles.
• To manage your account, credits, and order history.
• To communicate with you about your apps, reports, and support requests.
• To display testimonials you choose to submit (only after approval).
• To secure the Service and prevent abuse.

3. Service providers we use

We share data only with providers that help us operate the Service:

• Supabase — authentication, database, and file storage.
• Vercel — website hosting.
• Cloudflare — DNS and email routing.
• NOWPayments — cryptocurrency payment processing.
• Brevo — outgoing email.
• Google — if you choose to sign in with Google.

We do not sell your personal data.

4. Cookies

We use only essential cookies: to keep you signed in, and to remember your chosen language and theme. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

5. Data retention

We keep your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service and meet legal obligations. You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time (see Section 7).

6. Security

We use industry-standard measures to protect your data, including access controls and encryption in transit. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work to protect your information.

7. Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and to object to certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact us at support@playverify.app.

8. International transfers

Your data may be processed in countries other than your own, including where our service providers operate. We rely on appropriate safeguards where required by law.

9. Children

The Service is not intended for anyone under 18 years of age, and we do not knowingly collect data from children.
